# Agents

> The Primo AI agents available today: what each one does, where you turn it on, and the article that covers its setup.

Agents are Primo AI working on a defined job inside the rules you write. They run in the background, act within your policies, and ask for your approval before anything goes beyond that mandate. Agents are included in your plan.

## Available agents

    Fixes compliance issues without a manual ticket. Primo AI re-pushes the profile, script, or package, then checks that the device reports compliant.

    Picks up every ticket an employee raises, answers from your data, and hands the rest to your team with the context it gathered.
