  Enable RustDesk in a profile to auto-install the agent on targeted devices. Start secure sessions directly from a device page without asking users for codes or passwords. Sessions inherit your access controls and are logged for audit.

  Use this to diagnose issues in real time and reduce back-and-forth with users. It is especially useful for onboarding, remote staff, and incidents that need quick hands-on help.
