# Database migration

> Scheduled database migration affecting Primo MDM features on June 23, 2026.

## Summary

This maintenance migrated the database that powers Primo's MDM features. It completed successfully with no errors, and all MDM features are fully restored. During the window, the **MDM tab** was temporarily disabled.

## Impact during the window

During the window:

* The **MDM tab** was disabled.
* **Zero-Touch and Autopilot** enrollments were paused.
* **MDM commands** (wipe, lock, unlock) could not be issued.

The maintenance was transparent for end users, with **no impact on the devices themselves**. All paused features resumed normally when the window closed.

Existing **policies, MDM controls, software, and device enrollments** were unaffected — they remained in place throughout.

## What was not affected

* Managed devices continued operating normally.
* Applied policies and controls stayed enforced.
* Deployed software remained installed.
* Enrolled devices stayed enrolled.
