Status: 🟡 ScheduledWindow: June 23, 2026, 23:00–02:00 CEST (21:00–00:00 UTC) — up to 4 hoursAffected area: Mobile Device Management (MDM) features

Summary

This maintenance migrates the database that powers Primo’s MDM features. During the window, the MDM tab is temporarily disabled.

Expected impact

During the window:
  • The MDM tab is disabled.
  • Zero-Touch and Autopilot enrollments are paused.
  • MDM commands (wipe, lock, unlock) cannot be issued.
This maintenance is transparent for end users. There is no impact on the devices themselves. An end user clicking the FleetDM agent in their toolbar may briefly see a “Connecting…” message. Your existing policies, MDM controls, software, and device enrollments are unaffected — they remain in place and resume normally after the window.

What is not affected

  • Managed devices continue operating normally.
  • Applied policies and controls stay enforced.
  • Deployed software remains installed.
  • Enrolled devices stay enrolled.

Before the window

Avoid scheduling device onboardings or offboardings that overlap the window. Account for time-zone offsets — if your operations run behind CEST (for example, UTC−6), the window may fall during your business hours.
  • Plan onboardings and offboardings around the window.
  • Hold off on issuing MDM commands until the window closes.
