How to initiate a resale

  1. Prepare your device list — include model, serial number, condition, and age for each device. The more detail, the more accurate the quote.
  2. Contact the partner using the email template below.
  3. Receive and review the estimate — you are free to decline with no obligation.
  4. Coordinate pickup — the partner will guide you on packaging, logistics, and shipping.
  5. Complete the resale — once the partner receives and validates the devices, issue an invoice so they can transfer payment.
