How procurement works at Primo

Primo sources exclusively through B2B channels at manufacturer suggested retail prices (MSRP) — the same prices charged directly by Apple, Dell, or Lenovo. This means you won’t find lower prices on Primo than at the manufacturer, but you also won’t find the platform charging above MSRP. B2B procurement is what enables Zero-Touch Deployment and ensures business-appropriate products (for example, Windows Pro only — no Windows Home).

Comparison with B2C channels

Some B2C retailers occasionally offer promotional deals at prices below MSRP. These promotions are not accessible through B2B channels, so Primo cannot match them. If you want to take advantage of a B2C deal, you can purchase devices outside Primo and then import or enroll them in MDM through your cockpit. Note that you will lose certain benefits — in particular Zero-Touch Deployment and automatic invoice association.
