SaaS > Identities lists every account in your SaaS, one row per identity, across all your SaaS.

Review identities

Each row shows the Identity, its SaaS, its Source, the Employee it belongs to, its Groups, Roles, Licences, and Organization units, its Issues against your provisioning rules, and its Monthly cost when cost tracking is set up. Filter the list by:
  • Types: Employee, Group, Contractor, Guest, or Machine user
  • Employees, Groups, Roles, Licences, Organization units, or Apps
  • Employment status: Current, Onboarding, or Offboarding
Use Export (.csv) to download the filtered list. To see the accounts of one SaaS only, open it from SaaS > Directory and use its Identities tab. See Manage your SaaS.
