How delivery works
Hardware suppliers fulfill orders placed through Primo and ship them directly to the delivery address you specify (office, employee’s home, or a third-party location). A few things to know:- Delivery timelines vary by country and device availability. The cockpit displays estimated lead times at the time of order.
- When you enable zero-touch deployment, suppliers apply the configuration before shipment so devices arrive ready to enroll.
- You receive tracking information once the carrier picks up the shipment.
