Primo connects you with local repair partners so you can get devices repaired directly from your cockpit. You can initiate a repair request from any device record without having to contact the partner separately.

How to request a repair

  1. Go to Devices in your Primo cockpit and open the device record.
  2. Click the Repair option in the device panel.
  3. Fill out the repair request form describing the issue.
  4. The partner will review your request and send a quote.
  5. You can accept or decline with no obligation.

About Reevive

Reevive is Primo’s primary repair partner. They operate across Europe and handle pickup logistics, provide repair quotes, and return the repaired device. Reevive supports most major brands (Apple, Dell, Lenovo, HP, Samsung, etc.) and common repair types including screen replacements, battery upgrades, and charging port repairs. Free shipping is available for customers based in France. For other European countries, shipping costs are quoted as part of the repair estimate.
