How MDM works

Primo uses Fleet as its MDM agent for Windows. The agent is installed via a lightweight .msi installer and communicates with Primo to report device state, enforce policies, and run scripts.

Initial setup

No additional certificates or portal configuration are required for Windows. MDM is activated as soon as your Primo account is created and works out of the box. You also have the option to automatically migrate enrolled hosts from another MDM to Primo — no manual re-enrollment required.
