Once an order is placed through Primo, you can track its status directly from the cockpit. This article explains the different order statuses and what each one means.Documentation Index

Access your orders
- Go to Purchasing > Orders.
- Click on any order to see its details, status history, and tracking information.
Order statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Draft | The order has been created but not yet submitted. |
| Pending approval | The order is awaiting internal approval (if an approval workflow is configured). |
| Confirmed | The order has been submitted and accepted by Primo. |
| Processing | Primo is preparing the order with the supplier or manufacturer. |
| Shipped | The order has left the warehouse and is in transit. Tracking information is available. |
| Delivered | The carrier has confirmed delivery. |
| Cancelled | The order was cancelled before shipment. |
| Return requested | A return has been initiated. |
| Returned | The return has been received and processed. |
Track a shipped order
Once an order reaches Shipped status:- Open the order in Purchasing > Orders.
- Click on the Tracking link to follow the shipment with the carrier.
Lead times
Lead times vary by product and country. Typical lead times:- In-stock items: 2–5 business days for delivery in Europe.
- Built-to-order (Mac, premium laptops): 5–15 business days depending on configuration and destination.
- International orders: may have longer lead times due to customs.
